boring.. boring..boring. skool got so much work. luckily i finished most of them in skool already. so far skool is boring. i wonder when the excitement will start. cant wait for next monday(4th July 2005). no need to go to skool. it is youth day! yippee!

ajahn brahmavamso's talk

waaah! *sob* it's not fair. my sister can go to ajahn brahm's tok(Mind Over Matter) tonite(Sunday)(26/6/2005) while my brother and i cant. juz cos tomorrow hav to go to skool. stupid skool. i don like going to skool. only sometimes. i cant stand it when there is something tat is very fun on and u cant go juz because there's skool 2morrow. hmmph. we hav to stay alone at home. cant even go out n play. i wonder how the talk will be like.?! sheesh. it's sooo boring at home. today we went to bf in the morning. then we went to Adeline jiejie's hse to hav a tea party wif Emmabelle(i don noe how to spell) & Nigel. later at around 4, mummy, papa n eugenia came home to get changed to go to the talk, while me n justin stayed at adeline's house to play wif our cousin's n nieces n nephews?! we juz reached home a short while ago. my grandma is at her temple n will only b back till 9+ or 10+. my parents n sister will only b back till about 11. cos the talk ends at 10.30 pm. anywayz, gtg. cya.

it was sooo fun!

hey! juz came back from bf youth's b'dae bash celebration. it was TERRIFIC! first we went to help out. the party officially started at around 5.30 pm. we played 3 games. first we had some 'tag' game. we sat in a circle. we had to call out names then there was a catcher. the catcher had to run to the person hu's name was called out & catch tat person then tat person would b it. to not b caught, u had to call out another person's name. the 2nd game was some 'wulin gao shou'/' kungfu' game. we had to do some weird moves and u could not hav the same move as the person which will b standing in the middle of the circle. the winner was supposed to get a prize actually. but in the end we made the winner dance to a song/music. on the second round of the game, jayson & another guy danced for all of us to see. it was really entertaining. the 3rd game was some 'knot'/'tangling' game. we had to put our hands in a cross position then we had to go to the centre and grab 2 other person's arms. it was like a jigsaw puzzle. later we had to untangle our selves from there without letting go of the other two person's arms. later it will form into a circle. some times it will b small different circles but some times it will b one big circle. we had a very scrumptious dinner. I found out tat Nick is a vegetarian. we had quite a long dinner. me, justin and bryan ong went to the children's room and we stuck balloons to the aircon and turned on the music. we invited ppl into the room. we had karaoke, disco, & dancing. nick even sang fer us to hear. he sang quite alot of chinese songs. me, genia, xinhui, lorr, bryan and justin walked with nick to cisco to get a disc from his car or should i say van.?! his van was like blueish-green. mostly blue. his van was nicely decorated on the inside. after the dinner we had prize presentation for the bf youth's amazing race. after tat was done, we had Nick Shen, Jayson, Adrian, Bryan, and Wenjie to sing for us. Mandy went up on stage to dance for us. Me, Eugenia, Lorraine, Xinhui, Carrine and Jessica went up to sort of dance and also sing some parts of the songs. quite a number of ppl aso joined in at the parts they knew. i cant remember wat we had after the singing. but a short while later, it suddenly became dark. i tink jayson said is there a blackout? but actually we were going to cut the cake. the cake had a bf youth logo on it. it was decorated very nicely. there were also two candles on the cake which were placed very nicely and perfectly in the right position. it ws a pity to eat it. so sad. it was a durian and mango cake. the cake, food & drinks were all provided by Kenneth(a bf youth member...duh?!) . after the cake, we took some photos together. eugenia has the fotos in her camera. after we took the pics, come of the buddhist fellowship youth members went out together to watch either a movie or play bowling. but we had to go/come home. we couldn't join them. so sad. but i was a bit tired already anyway. it was GREAT being there at the celebration! so sad we hav to go back to skool on monday. tomorrow(26-6-2005) is the last day of the june school holidays. but we don hav to go to school on the 4th of July 05, which is on a monday, as it is youth day!!! Yay!

wow!

hey! guess wat?! when my grandma was in Perth from the 16th to the 23rd of June 2005, it was like from 2oc-8oc. It's sooo damn cold! can believe it. I cant wait to go there again next year for the Global Conference. then after tat, we(some of the bf ppl) will be going over to Melburm. YAY!!! i cant wait! yippee! Australia rox! So does Singapore! Da world rox?!(mayb some places)

i miz perth!

*sigh* i wanna go back to perth and play wif sherlynn, huien, lijie and the rest. one whole week of fun has juz passed us by. we went from the 2nd to the 9th/10th of June 2005. I had so much fun there in perth wif my frends and family! juz tinking of all the fun makes me wanna go back there rite now. i was hoping and tinking tat it would last longer. imagine the shopping, the totally new fashion makeover tat me(ethel), lijie, my sis(eugenia), and sherlynn had(we even took pictures in the dressing room *cheeky*), the farm visit, the trip to ajahn brahmavamso's monastery(Bodhiyana & Dhamalokka), seeing ajahn brahm's cave wif the bat in it, trip to the beach, riding on the dingy, going onto Uncle eric's (Uncle Mark's frend) boat, visiting the vineyard, stopping for ice-cream halfway while we were driving, the two barbecue's... LOADS! not to mention the singing, shouting, and screaming in the eight-seater mpv car while babybird was driving. especially when we were listening to simple plan's songs.. actually got others also lah. oh yah, we went to a park near sherlynn's house which had a very big open grass patch which looks like a field and a playground. we din really play at the playground but we did play wif vick vick's hoover disc, play [laoying zhuo xiao ji] and we lay on the grass! it was sooooo shiok to lie down on the grass. oh yes.. i almost forgot about tis. i met mrs magdalene lim(my primary 3 school teacher) and her family on the 2nd day(or should i say 1st as we arrived in perth at about 11+ at nite on the 2nd of june) of the holiday at Garden City(a shopping centre) while sitting on a bench. she saw me first and said hello to me. then of course i said hello back. we even experienced hailstones on the last day of the holiday. how COOL is tat?! it was 'bout 8 in the morning. at first it was raining then suddenly it became sooooo loud! we tot tat the roof was goin' to collapse on us. anywayz, i cant wait to go back there again next year for the Buddhist Fellowship conference.
