it was sooo fun!

hey! juz came back from bf youth's b'dae bash celebration. it was TERRIFIC! first we went to help out. the party officially started at around 5.30 pm. we played 3 games. first we had some 'tag' game. we sat in a circle. we had to call out names then there was a catcher. the catcher had to run to the person hu's name was called out & catch tat person then tat person would b it. to not b caught, u had to call out another person's name. the 2nd game was some 'wulin gao shou'/' kungfu' game. we had to do some weird moves and u could not hav the same move as the person which will b standing in the middle of the circle. the winner was supposed to get a prize actually. but in the end we made the winner dance to a song/music. on the second round of the game, jayson & another guy danced for all of us to see. it was really entertaining. the 3rd game was some 'knot'/'tangling' game. we had to put our hands in a cross position then we had to go to the centre and grab 2 other person's arms. it was like a jigsaw puzzle. later we had to untangle our selves from there without letting go of the other two person's arms. later it will form into a circle. some times it will b small different circles but some times it will b one big circle. we had a very scrumptious dinner. I found out tat Nick is a vegetarian. we had quite a long dinner. me, justin and bryan ong went to the children's room and we stuck balloons to the aircon and turned on the music. we invited ppl into the room. we had karaoke, disco, & dancing. nick even sang fer us to hear. he sang quite alot of chinese songs. me, genia, xinhui, lorr, bryan and justin walked with nick to cisco to get a disc from his car or should i say van.?! his van was like blueish-green. mostly blue. his van was nicely decorated on the inside. after the dinner we had prize presentation for the bf youth's amazing race. after tat was done, we had Nick Shen, Jayson, Adrian, Bryan, and Wenjie to sing for us. Mandy went up on stage to dance for us. Me, Eugenia, Lorraine, Xinhui, Carrine and Jessica went up to sort of dance and also sing some parts of the songs. quite a number of ppl aso joined in at the parts they knew. i cant remember wat we had after the singing. but a short while later, it suddenly became dark. i tink jayson said is there a blackout? but actually we were going to cut the cake. the cake had a bf youth logo on it. it was decorated very nicely. there were also two candles on the cake which were placed very nicely and perfectly in the right position. it ws a pity to eat it. so sad. it was a durian and mango cake. the cake, food & drinks were all provided by Kenneth(a bf youth member...duh?!) . after the cake, we took some photos together. eugenia has the fotos in her camera. after we took the pics, come of the buddhist fellowship youth members went out together to watch either a movie or play bowling. but we had to go/come home. we couldn't join them. so sad. but i was a bit tired already anyway. it was GREAT being there at the celebration! so sad we hav to go back to skool on monday. tomorrow(26-6-2005) is the last day of the june school holidays. but we don hav to go to school on the 4th of July 05, which is on a monday, as it is youth day!!! Yay!
